Payment
Lessons are billed monthly after they are taken, based on the number of lessons taken during the billing period, including late cancellations as described in the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the lesson will be counted as taken and ¥4,000 will be charged.
